REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, there are certain types of items that cannot be returned, like perishable goods. Since our products are perishable, they cannot be returned.

Damaged or Defective Product:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Simply Unhappy with or Don’t Like HIGH 9INE:

Email us at Team@HIGH9INE.com within 10 calendar days of FEDEX delivery and we will refund the full value of your purchase not to exceed $130.00.  Note only one refund will be granted per customer, per credit card number and or per deliveries made to the same shipping address.  We reserve the right to refuse refunds to any customer we suspect and or believe is attempting to utilize our REFUND POLICY for the purpose of obtaining Free Product.
